printing: it's best to print on CARD STOCK 

once printed, you'll cut out the shapes along the dotted lines. use a pen or hole punch to gently punch through the marked string holes. then use whatever you have at home to string this together! no need to purchase anything! use kitchen twine, yarn or thread! (if you're in a pinch and don't have string, just tape the cut out directly on the wall! there are no rules!)

HOT TIP: if you don't have card stock at home and don't want to purchase an entire ream, swing by your neighborhood print shop and ask them to print it for you! staples will also do this.
